Ինչու են մարդիկ խախտում օրենքը

Մարդիկ խախտում են օրենքը մի քանի պատճառներով, կան դեպքեր երբ մարդը խախտում է օրենքը իր կամքին հակառակ:Կան նաև դեպքեր երբ մարդը հատուկ է խախտում օրենքը:Օրենքը բոլորի համար է, բայց Հայաստանում օրենքը հասարակ ժողովուրդի համար է այլ ոչ, թե բոլորի:Ես ողջունում եմ այն փաստը, երբ իրավապահ մարմինները ներում են այն մարդկանց, ովքեր խախտում են օրենքը չնչին չափով:Հայաստանը երբեք չի դառնա օրենքի երկիր, եթե օրենք ստեղծողը օրենքը խախտի:Երկրի տերը ժողովուրդնե այդ, իսկ պատճառով օրենքը պիտի ստեղծվի ի օգուտ ժողովուրդի:Մարդը կարող է խախտել օրենքը հասարակության իր հզորությունը ցույց տալու համար:Ոչ մեկ չի կարող ասել, որ ինքը օրինապահ է, որովհետև մարդիկ ապահովագրված չեն խախտումներից:Հասարակությունը միշտ ցանականում է պատժել  օրենքը խախտողներին, բայց այդ նույն խախտողին պատժողը չի ուզում, որ իրեն խախտում անելուց պատժեն:
